The project is located in the city of Yamim, an end-to-end neighborhood in Netanya, located near the shoreline. Originally, Ir Yamim was arranged according to actual neighborhood logic, due to economic interests, the neighborhood plan changed and in fact developers became planners, making Ir Yamim a powerhouse. Apart from being a sleeping neighborhood with a sea view, it offers nothing else. Today in the country there is almost no consideration for climatic planning. The neighborhoods are still based on past modern, urban planning.  That gives a stage to the private car that has long since expired and disproportionate waste. The production of electricity for Ir Yamim is 9 times more polluting than all the vehicles it contains. Today, 90 percent of Israel's electricity production is coal-based. In addition, a family in the city of Yamim produces 8.1 kilos of garbage on Israel Day, recycling only 19% of its garbage, while 81% is sent to landfills.                                                                                                            In the project we decide to make a cut and do a reverse engineer, our goal is to restore balance and prevent the disaster that is about to come. We offer an island through which we will recycle the neighborhood garbage and through which we will generate electricity with renewable energy from the sea. The concept: the garbage of Ir Yamim and in the future also of Netanya is discharged to the UBQ factory located on the island, the factory recycles the garbage, and produces raw materials (which can also be useful for future construction). At the same time, an ECO WAVE system is installed on the axis, which generates electricity for the whole of Netanya - which will dictate its length to us. The length of the axis is one kilometer  6 M/W.        The idea of ​​the shape is that the narrow part faces the city - the wide part to the sea. The building is divided into two so as not to damage the view from the city of Yamim. The shape cut is due to the wind flow at the site in order to create ideal climatic conditions. A program has been set up to move the factory to an attractive location. Various entertainment programs have been set up. The various programs are, museum, spa, sports complex, water sports complex, research institute, restaurants and hotel.
